Our specialists at Medical Event Assistance make a risk analysis based on the information provided by the client. We will then provide advice regarding event care.

We always provide at least two care providers.

When you, as a client, send the permit application to the municipality, this is an ideal time to call on us. This way we can advise you on event management and are involved from the start. This gives us the space and time to thoroughly analyze your request and request missing information if necessary.

Certainly! First aid is available at all our events and meets the minimum requirements in accordance with the applicable field standards. In addition, all our healthcare professionals also work in hospitals, ambulance services or other healthcare institutions. In this way we can guarantee that our employees not only have the right qualifications, but also extensive practical experience in their field. This way we can provide optimal care and support during events, with a professional and goal-oriented approach.

We provide medical assistance to a wide range of events, ranging from large-scale festivals to more intimate and small-scale gatherings, such as VIP escorts. Although we are certified to provide first aid training, due to the workload we are currently only able to train internal colleagues. This allows us to provide our own teams with up-to-date and specialized skills required to deliver high-quality medical care during events. However, we understand the importance of first aid training for event staff and aim to provide opportunities for external training in the future. In the meantime, we are always ready to assist with any medical needs that arise during your event.

This is certainly possible on request. We understand that emergencies can arise at any time, especially during events where large groups of people gather. That is why we offer the option of being available 24/7 for emergencies during your events.

We have experience running multiple multi-day events, where our team is present day and night to ensure a quick and professional response to any medical situations that arise. Whether it’s a minor incident that requires attention or a serious emergency that requires immediate medical attention, we are ready to help no matter the time.

Our guideline is that we aim for a response time of within 3 minutes to have a first responder on site in the event of an incident. We understand that prompt and effective medical assistance is critical in emergency situations, which is why we make every effort to respond to any incident within this time frame.

The unique aspect of our approach is that we are visibly present and strategically distributed on the event site. As a result, we are often on site even faster than the 3-minute guideline requires. Our trained medical professionals are active and alert, allowing them to respond quickly to any incident that arises, whether it is a minor injury or a more serious emergency.

Certainly! Our medical assistance is available for after-hours and weekend events. We understand that events are not tied to standard business hours and that medical attention is sometimes most needed when other services are closed. That’s why we’re proud to offer our services when they’re needed most.

Certainly! Our medical assistance does not stop during bad weather during an event. We understand that adverse weather conditions can occur and that there may still be a need for medical attention even in such situations.

A member of our Medical Event Assistance management team is part of the Crisis Management Team (CMT). This team meets regularly, usually every few hours, and includes representatives from all key partners, including the event organizer, the police, the municipality, traffic services and security. During these meetings, the current situation is evaluated, including any weather conditions, and decisions are made about the progress of the event.

Sure! We can provide medical assistance in remote locations and out of town. Our team is trained and equipped to respond to emergencies regardless of location. Whether it’s an event in a remote area, an outdoor activity outside the city limits, or even a project in an isolated location, we are committed to delivering quality medical care wherever it is needed.
